Maintenance schedules

A maintenance schedule defines periodic maintenance windows for a set of services.
Regular users don't have edit rights to this page, only users which are user admin can edit the below pages.

In order to go to the maintenance schedule page, go to 'My notifications' page via 'Account settings' button in the header. In 'my notifications' page, click on the 'Menu' button that is on the right side of the page.

From the dropdown menu, select 'Maintenance schedules'.

You can either search the company by name or select the company from the company list to add or edit a schedule.

The saved schedules are present under the company name. You can make any changes and save by 'Save button' at he bottom right of the page.

If you would like to create a new schedule, click on '+Add schedule' button that is just under the company name. On the right portion of the page, you can select the service in 'Link to services' menu that the maintenance will be done for. All the details can be set on the left side of the page. There you can give that schedule a name, and describe what this maintenance aim for, at what date and time it will be operative, and write any message you would like to give your colleagues. Below, you can select the start date and time, and whether it will be repetitive or not. Selecting the correct duration of the maintenance will be important in order to receive the alerts timely. The last thing to check would be the time zone. This time zone is used in the alerts you receive. Any email or text you receive will mention the times in the time zone you have set.

After you enable the schedule, you set via the 'Enable' button below the Time zone selection. It will become active within the date and time you selected. You can disable the schedule when it is not necessary anymore. Therefore, the schedule will be present in the schedules list, but will not be active.

Make sure you click on 'Save' button after you set everything as you wish.

Tip: Users with user admin rights can change the maintenance schedule of a service without asking intervention from Sentia
